Manly is a vibrant cosmopolitan centre and as such has a large demand on temporary accommodation, particularly in the summer months.
Options for accommodation include; shared accommodation where you pay for a room in an apartment/house or medium term accommodation where you sign a lease for 12 months, although 6 month contracts can sometimes be found.
Of course there are also numerous hotels/motels, serviced apartments, and backpacker style accommodation available.
Suburbs located close to Manly include Dee Why, Freshwater, Manly Vale, Balgowlah, Brookvale, Seaforth and Fairlight. Should you wish to live in the city centre, Manly is only a 20-30 minute ferry ride from Sydney.

The ICMS has a preferred accommodation partner which is the Manly Paradise Motel and Apartments. The MPMA has reconfigured rooms to suit ICMS students and has an offer which includes meals.
