Cliff Mann is currently studying a Bachelor of Business Management. He has been an active member of the ICMS community, participating as a member of the Green Team, the Student Ambassadors, the SRC and also the B@SSment bar team. These are his favourite things to do in and around Manly.
  • Walking from Shelley Beach to Manly, there are some beautiful sites to be seen.
  • Catching the ferry into the city – beats traffic and you might even spot a whale! Whale watching season is from mid-May through November.
  • Driving up to Palm Beach with the sun-roof open, and grabbing lunch with friends at the Palm Beach kiosk.
  • Going for a surf at Avalon, great waves!
  • Scuba Diving off the shores of Manly, you’ll be surprised at the amount of sea life so close to civilisation.
  • Manly Jazz Festival, Australia's largest community based jazz festival takes place during the October long weekend and features over 70 free performances on six outdoor. Come and enjoy the festivities!
  • During term I enjoy working in the B@SSment and mixing cocktails, come and try them for yourself. When I’m not mixing cocktails you might spot me mixing the music.
  • The Manly Markets are a great place to pick up art, jewellery and souvenirs. They are open every Saturday and Sunday between 10am–5pm where Sydney Road hits The Corso.
  • Sunday lunch at the Manly Wharf Hotel, they’ve got the best views and it’s a great place to meet new people.
  • After a hot summer day, a drink with mates at InSitu goes down a treat!
