John Fong PhD,MBA,BBus(Marketing)
Head of Postgraduate Studies
Dr. Fong lectured at Macquarie University before joining ICMS in 2006. He teaches International Marketing at the postgraduate level and has published in journals such as the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Interactive Advertising and the Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics. His papers have been presented at several conferences in Italy, Canada, USA, Korea and Australia

Peter Robinson MBA F.M,BSc,Dip Eng
Head of Program - Property Management
Peter has more than 20 years industry experience in facilities management in Defence, Health and Corporate Real Estate. Formerly Director of Facilities Commercialisation for the Royal Australian Navy, Peter was also Director Asia Pacific for CB Richard Ellis Singapore and Director of Facilities Operations for Northern Sydney Health.

Kevin Reid Master of Design, Grad Dip Ed, Dip Tech
Head of Program - Retail Management
Kevin Reid's role as Senior Lecturer of Media Management builds on his twenty years of marketing and international business lecturing experience in Universities in Australia and Asia-Pacific countries. Kevin has local and international consulting experience with World Bank, Ausaid, government and small enterprise and management experience in FMCG, food and automotive engineering industry sectors.

Jennifer Adelstein BA (Hons.), PhD (submitted)
Lecturer in Business Ethics
Jennifer has worked as a consultant in strategic and management planning for many years. She has recently submitted her PhD thesis in Management at UTS, titled Discourse, Dogma, and Domination: Knowledgework as Art and Politics. She gained a combined 1st Class Honours at UNSW in History and Sociology with her thesis titled Mechanisms of Control in a Post-Industrial Corporation: A Case Study of Morgan & Banks. She has won a number of academic awards, has published in international peer-reviewed journals and is an academic editor.

Susana Heraud B. Eng (Industrial), Master in Marketing
Lecturer in Marketing
Susana Heraud has a Master in Marketing and over 18 years experience in marketing and tourism. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, market research and destination branding. Susana’s working experience includes Experiences Consultant for Tourism Australia, Marketing Manager for PromPeru, Market Research Manager for Tourism NSW as well as Senior Consultant for Euromonitor and BIS Shrapnel.

Alan Kilgore BBus(Accg), GradDipFinMgt, MEc, FCPA
Senior Lecturer in International Accounting
Senior Lecturer with the Accounting and Finance Department at Macquarie University, Alan co-teaches the International Accounting unit at ICMS. He is published in several international journals including British Accounting Review, Scandanavian Journal of Management and the New Library of International Accounting.

Joseph Macri BEd, BEc
Senior Lecturer in International Trade
Joseph Macri is a Senior Lecturer in the Economics Department at Macquarie University and teaches International Trade at ICMS. His research in financial development and economic growth has been published in several international journals and texts, in addition to his conference presentations in the USA, Taiwan, Hong Kong and New Zealand.

Skye Nettleton MBA (Macq), B.A. (USyd), GradCert Journalism (UTS)
Lecturer in Management & Organisations
Skye Nettleton is a visiting academic with several universities across Sydney. She spent over ten years of her career as an international equity trader and management consultant in Germany, New York, Singapore and Australia. Her research and teaching experience is in management, organisational behaviour, performance and rewards, global business and macroeconomics. She is currently working towards a PhD in management.
