The students have been working hard to raise money to support the cause and put on a spectacular end of year celebration located in The Great Hall of the College. Suited For Work is an incorporated, not-for-profit association run by volunteers. Their mission is to support women experiencing difficulties in achieving self-sufficiency and financial independence. The charity provides appropriate clothing and styling advice for women who need to dress formally for a range of situations such as re entering the work force, appearances in court, attending funerals, returning to the community after a period of imprisonment or a variety of other difficult situations. Suited For Work also acts as a support system for women requiring confidence before job interviews, resume writing assistance or simply a friendly, supportive environment for women who may just need a little extra help to move forward.
