ICMS offers a variety of short courses available to ICMS students, staff and the general public.  Past courses have included everything from barista coffee training to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certifications. Below you will find the course(s) available at this time.

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training is now mandatory for people working in the NSW liquor industry, including licensees,   club secretaries, permanent and casual serving staff and security staff. After you successfully complete this one day course you will be qualified to serve liquor in NSW.
