  • The course is one day a week (Monday), with one program being run from 8.00am-12.00 noon, the other from 12.30pm - 4.30pm on the same day. You can choose to study either one, or both courses.
  • Location: ICMS is on Sydney's North Head overlooking Manly beach. Free, on-campus parking is available to all students.

Property Services Management Courses

Strategic Facilities Management

This ten week course will provide you with a practical framework for strategic facilities management that you can implement in your workplace. During the course you will be able to work on a real-life case-study from your organisation. You will be encouraged to bring questions and problems from your work place or from a current project into the classroom and will be able to write your own plan in parallel with this course. Participants get a comprehensive set of notes on the topic, examples, and other related resources.

 

Foundations in Facilities and Property Management

This ten week course develops a basic understanding of property and facilities management concepts. It covers an introduction to the economic, legal, and technical aspects of property and asset management, lease management and building maintenance. This integrated approach to maintaining, improving and adapting the buildings of an organisation is vital to ensuring that the built environment supports the core function of an organisation.

 

Bachelor Degree Accreditation

In a competitive employment marketplace, tertiary qualifications are more and more important. The great news for anyone aspiring to a degree is that these subjects (when successfully completed) can be accredited towards an ICMS Bachelor of Property Services Management, conferred by Macquarie University.
