Program description
If you love people and travel, it’s hard to go past a career in hospitality. ICMS graduates work for international hotels and hospitality management companies in senior positions, right up to general manager level; others have taken the plunge and opened their own businesses.
Graduates of the ICMS hospitality management program work in hotels, resorts, restaurants and convention centres. Our programs have been developed in association with "César Ritz" Colleges, one of the foremost hospitality training institutes in Switzerland.
Subject areas include business communication, service management, hospitality operations, facilities management and front office operations
ICMS hospitality lecturers are current industry practitioners in international hotel and hospitality management.

Curriculum
ICMS Hospitality Management programs provide graduates with:
- “Work ready” skills and attitudes developed through the combination of comprehensive on-campus study and nine months of paid industry training in hospitality management;
- An excellent graduate employment record and extensive links to the hospitality industry;
- A distinct edge through a well-rounded and multi-disciplinary qualification relevant to today’s hospitality industry; and
- A thorough understanding of key concepts and theories in the hospitality industry, emphasizing practical skills in food and beverage management, front office, client service and function management.

- Guest relations officer;
- Front office manager;
- Banquet/events co-ordinator;

Degrees
The hospitality management program is available full-time in the two year Associate Degree or the three year Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Hospitality Management.
