  Our ICMS vocational programs in Hospitality, Events, Property Management and Tourism provide you with one year of practical and management training designed to get you started in a career in one of these exciting growth areas. If you’re already working in these areas, these programs will provide you with a qualification to help you improve your promotion prospects.
ICMS vocational programs offered comprise modules from the CPP07 Property Services and SIT07 Tourism, Hospitality and Events Training Packages, and provide the educational qualifications required by the relevant regulatory and statutory bodies.
The College is a Registered Training Organisation and as such is bound by the standards contained in the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF 2007).
CPP40307 - Certificate IV program in Property Services (Real Estate)

When you successfully complete this one year full time course you will have knowledge and skills to operate as a licensed estate agent in NSW but you could also choose to work in a range of property management, real estate or facilities management careers. The program will provide you with more practical skills in the first half of the year, followed by more managerial skills in the second half of the year.
