Transcript Request 

This form is for students requiring interim and final academic record (transcript) from ICMS. Please complete this form and submit it to Student Administration. Processing time is approximately one week.

Document Request 

This form is for students requiring documentation from the College including Letter of Enrolment, Letter of Completion, Student Visa Extension, Course Description, and Letter of Enrolment for CSN or Lanekassen.  Please complete the form and submit it to Student Administration. Document processing time is indicated on the form.  

Request for Change of Program - Deferral

A student, who wishes to defer, must submit a Request for Change of Program form to Student Administration and attach a letter detailing the reasons for their request. The student may be required to attend an interview with Student Administration to assess his/her eligibility for deferral.
Please refer to the Academic Compendium sections 4.1.8 and 4.1.9 for further information regarding deferral conditions and application requirements. All applications for deferral must be lodged with Student Administration by the end of the term prior to the term for which the student is requesting absence.

Request for Subject Withdrawal 

Due to the conditions of the Australian student visa, international students must maintain a full-time study load. A reduced study load (no less than 75% of the term curriculum) may be granted in extenuating circumstances as determined by the Head of Program.
Please refer to the Academic Compendium section 4.1.13 for details on tuition fee penalties and application requirements. Once completed, the form must be submitted to Student Administration for approval.

Withdrawal from ICMS 

Students wishing to withdraw from ICMS must submit a completed withdrawal form, checklist and refund form to Student Administration. Any students wishing to withdraw must approach the Student Affairs counter to request these forms. Please refer to the Academic Compendium section 3.13 and sections 4.1.25 and 4.1.26 for ICMS tuition refund policies, withdrawal procedures and information regarding letters of release.

Application for Part-time Study 

Due to the conditions of the Australian student visa, international students must maintain a full-time study load. A reduced study load (no less than 75% of the term curriculum) may be granted in extenuating circumstances as determined by the Head of Program. A student of Australian citizenship or permanent residency may withdraw from subjects without penalty before Census date.
Please refer to the Academic Compendium sections 4.1.8 and 4.1.9 for policy details.
Applications for part-time study must be submitted to Student Administration prior to start of that term and will only be considered once the term has commenced in extenuating circumstances.

Request for Supplementary Assessment

Supplementary assessment is only permitted following approval from Student Administration.
  
Please refer to the Academic Compendium section 4.1.4 for approval policies.
Supplementary assessment sessions are held at the College on the Saturday following Weeks 4 & 8 and on Tuesday of week 12 of each term. Application for a makeup assessment must be submitted within 48 hours of the missed assessment but no later than five days prior to the next scheduled session. If a student applies after the next scheduled session, or does not attend the session required, a zero grade will be awarded for the assessment.

Request for Credit Overload

Students wishing to undertake a credit overload (more than the maximum number of credits allocated to the curriculum for that term) must have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, and/or approval from the Head of Program. Please refer to the Academic Compendium section 4.1.14 for policy details.

Applications for credit overload must be submitted to Student Administration prior to the commencement of the term.

Request for Assessment Extension 

Application for late submission of an assessment must be made by no later than two days prior to the due date or the day upon returning to College in the case of illness. Students are required to state the reason for the request and attach any supporting documentation. (eg – College Approved Doctor's certificate). Please refer to the Academic Compendium section 4.1.7 for further information.
Once completed, the form must be submitted to the subject lecturer who will recommend for or against granting the extension. You must then submit the form to Student Administration.

Application for Advanced Standing or RPL 

Students wishing to make an application for subject exemptions must submit an application for Advanced Standing or Recognition of Prior Learning(RPL). Students are required to submit all applications for Advanced Standing or RPL to the Admissions Office at least eight weeks prior to the commencement of the subject they are applying for exemption from.

Application for a Change of Program Specialisation

Students who wish to change program specialisation are required to complete this form and submit it to Student Administration. As indicated on the form, preliminary interviews must be conducted with the relevant Head of Academic Programs. Students may be required to attend an interview with Student Administration staff.

Application for a Letter of Release

Students seeking release from ICMS must submit a request by completing this form. Please note that to be eligible to receive a Letter of Release, students must have studied in ICMS for at least six (6) months. Please return the completed form to Student Administration for processing.
