Do I have to change my linen every week?Yes, between 7.15 and 11am once a week according to the plan below:
How often can I change my towel?Every day, as long as you return the dirty one to the housekeeping before you collect the clean one. My room has not been cleaned, what should I do?Just inform the head housekeeper. We will organise for your room to be cleaned as quickly as possible. What are the housekeeping opening times?Monday to Friday from 7:15am to 4pm. Closed on weekends. When do I return my service uniform?This depends on lecture times. As a general rule, you must not keep a uniform for more than 24 hours. You should return it before 8am. Please refer to your lecturer for more information. When does my room get cleaned?Once a week. Why do I have to change my uniform everyday, even if it is clean?It is against health regulations to use a uniform twice without cleaning it. Where do I go to have my clothes dry cleaned?Take the clothes you want to have dry cleaned to the laundry. When handed in on Monday they will be ready on Wednesday, when handed in on Wednesday they will be ready on Friday, when handed in on Friday they will be ready on Monday. How do I make an appointment with the PC Administrator?All appointments to see the PC Administrator can be made at reception or by calling 99770333. Who do I talk to regarding my attendance?You will need to talk to the Faculty Manager. The office for the Faculty Manager is located on the 1st floor of the Kelly House in the Faculty Office. How do I know if I have received mail and where can I pick this up from?All mail for students is delivered to the Student Services desk daily. If a parcel has been received and email will be sent to the student and the parcel will remain in the Student Services office until picked up. Normal mail will filed away by last name in the Cabinet in the front foyer. Both mail and parcels will be dated and it not collected within 3 months it will be returned to sender. |
