Students electing to live on campus are supported by our team of Residential Assistants (RAs). RAs are paid ICMS staff who live in the student accommodations.
Each floor has a designated RA who provides a variety of student support services, including:
- Emotional support;
- Academic guidance;
- Student safety;
- Floor meetings;
- Kitchenette maintenance; and
- Coffee and pancakes during exam time.
RAs are employed per term and are employed for the academic year.

My name is Penelope Soul, and I am currently in my 7th term as a retail student at ICMS. I love the fashion industry, dance and the theatre. I grew up in the north-western suburbs of Sydney and have two sisters and a brother. I look forward to an action packed term in sunny Manly!

My name is Jonathan Bell. I am a Term 7 International Tourism student. I am 20 years old and this is my third term as a Resident Assistant. I grew up in a small, country town, called Glen Innes. I was home school for the bulk of my schooling but attended school in my senior years. I have 3 sisters and 1 brother. I am looking forward to my first September term.

My name is Benjamin Hancock, and I am currently in Term 7 as a Hospitality Student. I am 20 years old and this is my fifth term on campus and my first as a Residential Assistant. I love all my sports especially golf and cricket. I grew up in Sydney and love Manly where I currently live now. I enjoy meeting new people and making friends with everyone, I like the mixture of all the diverse cultures that ICMS has to offer. I look forward to meeting you all in the new term!
