IT issues and solutions
The IT department has put together a special website that is accessible regardless to whether or not you have configured your computer for ICMS networks ie Proxy settings. This site is accessible to any device that connects to the student WiFi and has a browser that you can type the following address into - http://wifi
This site has step by step instruction with pictorials showing you how to connect devices to the internet, it has document downloads to assist you with common problems, it has frequently asked questions and much more. Please take the time to review this site as we are actively adding content with soon to come “How To” videos in relation to ICMS computers and technology.
This site will also have in real-time, feedback content on any current ICMS computer issues outlining faults, if any, temporary solutions or workarounds and estimated repair times so please use this site as often as you can to stay updated with any campus IT issues.
