Exams involve preparation and time management.  How much time do you spend on each of your daily activities?  The attachment below can help you make an honest assessment of how you spend your time.  By looking at how you are currently spending your time, you can create new time management strategies.  This may involve starting a study group, requesting exam practice activities from your teachers, finding quiet study places and/or limiting media and social time.
