Frequently Asked Questions

What do we supply?

The College provides white napkins, crockery, glassware, tables, chairs, dance floor, lectern with microphone, cake table, cake knife, skirting for bridal table, skirting for cake table, skirting for gift table, tea light candles, individually printed menus, staging and sound system.

What time can my florist / decorator / suppliers deliver?

We strongly suggest you to advise the College of your delivery times, including your suppliers’ details.  Suppliers are responsible for tidying up after themselves and must return to pick up their goods the following day before noon.

How do we access the premises?

The gates will be closed to cars.  For access please press the intercom button at the gate. The following gates will be available to the designated parties listed below:

  • Formal gate (stone driveway) - for use of the bridal cars only. 
  • Main gate (tarred driveway) - for use by the deliveries, parents of the bride and groom and any elderly or disabled guests.
  • All other guests are free to park on the street and use the pedestrian access gate located within the main gates.

Where can my guests smoke?

The college buildings and campus is a smoke-free zone, however smoking is allowed on the balcony accessible from the function room.  The Balcony closes at 10.00 pm.

When does the package start?

The package starts on the hour or half hour.  It can start with pre-dinner or lunch drinks and canapés.  The package is continuous and our function team will meet with you prior to discuss the timing to ensure that your day runs smoothly.

Music must cease at the conclusion of your function. 

Function ending times are listed below:

  • Friday and Saturday nights - finishing time is 11.00 pm. All guest need to be off-site by 11.15 pm
  • Sunday to Thursday nights - finishing time is 10.30 pm. All guests need to be off-site by 10.45 pm
