The ISCA Diploma of Sport Management (High Performance) provides students with an innovative blend of training, coaching, learning and mentoring to develop an edge in the sports industry, whilst offering a platform for students to improve athletic performance in a high performance environment. The sessional lecturer role for the International Sport College Australia (ISCA) contributes to the design, management and delivery of teaching subject modules within the Diploma of Sport Management (High Performance) program. Subject areas include but not limited to sports business, strategic management, sport management and marketing.
The Sessional Lecturer is responsible for providing a high-quality teaching and learning experience to students, achieved through ongoing development of scholarly activity in the allocated subject(s) and learning and teaching practice.
The Data Analytics team supports ICMS in the development of data-driven decision-making culture undergirded by good data governance that includes best practice data definition, creation, verification, curation and validation.
The team works toward a single source of truth for ICMS by interconnecting different data sets in a centralised repository, increasing quality and usability of the data and thereby reducing siloed information and duplication of manual analysis. The goal is to provide useful, meaningful, integrated and timely advice and support on all matters pertinent to ICMS.
The Course Coordinator (Property) provides academic leadership through teaching and supporting faculty related to student outcomes, course delivery and effectiveness. The Course Coordinator works cooperatively with a range of people to implement faculty policies, procedures and guidelines concerning teaching and learning. Course Coordinator is also a key point of contact between students and the faculty concerning course issues.
The International College of Management Sydney (ICMS) is redeveloping its Bachelor of Property, Accounting and Fashion & Global Brand Management Programs and is looking for subject developers and reviewers to help build courses that will prepare ICMS students for the demands of a future career in these fields. The redevelopment will see a number of different subjects developed or redeveloped until April 2021.
The teaching methodology of ICMS combines theoretical knowledge with applied learning techniques to prepare work-ready graduates for entry into their chosen career path. ICMS offers diplomas, bachelor degrees and masters degrees in the areas of business, hospitality management, event management, international tourism, sport management and property services management.
