About Academic Operations:

The Academic Operations team is responsible for academic leadership, student success and supporting faculty with the management of College operations. There are two distinct levels of study offered at ICMS with Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs offered at 3 separate campuses. There is an established team of Program Managers and experienced teaching staff committed to delivering high quality programs.

About the role:

The ICMS Academic Operations team is seeking to appoint an Undergraduate Program Manager to oversee the Bachelor of Property (Development, Investment and Valuation). Reporting to Dean (Undergraduate), the Program Manager provides academic leadership and offers support to faculty and students including learning and teaching related to student outcomes, program delivery and effectiveness. The Program Manager works cooperatively with a range of people to implement faculty policies, procedures, and guidelines. Program Managers are also key points of contact between students and the faculty concerning program issues.

About you:

To be successful in applying for this role, you will have:

· A post-graduate qualification in a discipline relevant to Property

· Significant experience in teaching a diverse range of students at tertiary level

· Significant national or international experience and engagement in Property

· Membership of relevant professional associations

· Experience in academic management duties in a tertiary institution

· Significant leadership experience in tertiary education and business settings

· Sound interpersonal and communications skills

· Detailed experience working in a team-based environment
