Subject Aim:

The aim of this subject is to encourage, develop and improve business communication skills, both verbally and non-verbally. It will emphasise the importance of writing skills which demonstrate the key principles of analysis, reason and argument.

Learning Outcomes:

  1. Plan, research and identify information from a variety of sources to produce a business report.
  2. Demonstrate effective spoken and written communication skills.
  3. Construct and deliver a presentation worthy of the standards practiced in business.
