Subject Aim:

This subject examines the skills and techniques required to write effective fashion lifestyle content and news, as well as complimenting with the basic PR and publicity toolkits to promote a fashion brand.

As brands take ownership of their own media and journalism, this subject gives students the introductory skills in how to effectively interview, find a story, report on fashion news and connect with their audience.

To compliment the rise of branded media, managing your brand across PR channels and developing beneficial relationships with influential personalities is also of increasing importance. This subject therefore gives students the basic techniques to effectively publicise fashion brands, drive fashion events and build buzz for their fashion business.
