This position is about providing a high level of support in the organisation’s Data Analytics initiatives to support the staff throughout the college in operational, compliance and strategic areas. This will involve advanced SQL Development skills with SSIS, SSRS and SSAS using SQL Server 08/12/14 to perform data acquisitions and data management activities. The position will be foundational to the goal of building a Data Warehouse that will integrate the key data from our major databases. Therefore, this position requires advanced data analysis and integration skills to accomplish the strategic goals of the college.

Position Title: Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary; We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for communications, social media advertising and marketing. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the mark coms engine through a number of key campaigns and responsible for developing the digital social content, promotion, engagement and conversation strategy.

Position Summary;


The Marketing and Communication Manager is a key member of the Marketing and Recruitment Team, bringing skills, experience, commitment and passion to enhance, develop and add value to the ICMS and Aspire Institute Marketing engine. Working closely with the VP Marketing, this role will be responsible for the development and delivery of prospective student content and communication and business development strategies and initiatives. This role will contribute significantly to new student, marketing content and communication to our key partners and representatives globally.

Position Title: Manager – Australia and New Zealand Development

 
Position Summary:
 
Ensure the compliant operation of the institution through student recruitment, while maintaining a financially sustainable institution in association with your key relationships. In particular a close working relationship is required with the functions of Marketing, Student Services, Finance, and Operations departments. 
 
To oversee development and implementation of existing and future business opportunities for the institution across all brands. The holder of this title must have the ability to balance academic rigour and commercial endeavour. The position requires a vision for promoting the best Teaching and Learning outcome for students while growing the institution as a whole.
 
Essential Criteria:
  • 5 years’ relevant work experience (within the Education Industry would be beneficial).
  • Commercially minded with knowledge of how to drive the bottom line in a constructive fashion.
  • Academically qualified (A minimum of a Bachelor qualification) in a Business related field.
  • Someone with integrity that values relationships and building a constructive culture in a team enterprise.
  • Leadership - The ability to lead people, be accountable in the changing education environment and business model.
  • Be optimistic yet recognise and analyse pitfalls. 
  • Understanding the unique dynamics of the private Non Self Accrediting Higher Education industry.

Position Title: Register Services Officer

The International College of Management Sydney is seeking a Registrar Services Officer who will provide exceptional service in college course, and student administration. This role spans the entire student life-cycle, from course accreditation, through student enrolment and data, to results entry, examination committees, progression tracking, teach-out and transition planning, conferral and management of graduations. As well as the service focus of this role, the Registrar Services Officer is a key figure in ensuring adherence to College Policy and Procedure and required regulatory standards.

The role reports to the Deputy Registrar, and supports students, the academic team and the Student Services team in delivering high quality administrative and service outputs to the broader academic community.

Skills and experience:
