You have been set up with an ICMS system username and an email address for all official correspondence.

• Username:  <<Use Username>>

For continuing students, you account details should remain the same and you do not need to activate your account.  Your old password will remain valid.

New Students – Activate Your Account
The first step to getting online at ICMS is to activate your account. Your initial password is the first four characters of your email address followed by your date of birth in the form DDMMYYYY

For Example

• If your email address is [email protected] and your date of birth is 14th March 2001
• Your initial password will be astu14032001

To activate your account, log in to login.microsoft.com and create a new password, or click the Activate link below. Please use your student EMAIL ADDRESS to login.

Following login, you still be prompted to change your password.  Please choose something unique and memorable. A phrase is better than a word, for example LookSharpStudyHard2021!, pick something that is easy for you to remember but hard for someone else to guess.

Have you activated your account?  You must first activate your account before you are able to login and view your time table.  Follow the instructions above.

If you can’t see your timetable yet, it might be that you are a bit too early, the timetable might not yet be out.

If you aren’t sure if this applies to you,  we suggest you contact your Student Advisor who will be able to check on the status of your enrolment.

AUSTRALIAN/NZ STUDENTS:

In order to have a timetable made, you must complete your FEE-HELP form. You should have received an email from eCAF to complete your FEE-HELP form with your unique passkey. If you have not received this email, please contact your student advisor or email the below address with your full name, student ID number and the email address you wish to have it sent to.

Once eCAF notify us that your FEE-HELP form is completed, you will receive a text message with a timetable request form. Please complete the form and within 48 hours your timetable will be completed.

No problem! We will do our best to make your timetable as tailored as possible but get in quickly before classes fill up.
