Open Day Prize Terms and Conditions

Register, attend and you’ll stand the chance to win one of several $500 Ticketmaster Gift Cards.

1. Eligibility:
   • Entry is open to all individuals who register and attend the ICMS Open Day 2024.
   • Employees of ICMS and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the draw.
2. Entry:
   • All registered attendees of the ICMS Open Day 2024 are automatically entered into the lucky draw.
   • Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. Prize:
   • The prize consists of several $500 Ticketmaster Gift Cards.
   • The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other alternatives.
4. Draw Date:
   • The draw will take place within one week after the ICMS Open Day 2024 event.
   • Winners will be randomly selected from the pool of registered attendees.
5. Notification:
   • Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of registration within 10 days of the draw date.
   • If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification email, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
6. Collection of Prizes:
   • Prizes will be sent electronically to the winners via the email address provided during registration.
   • ICMS is not responsible for any delays or issues with electronic delivery.
7. Publicity:
   • By entering the draw, participants consent to the use of their name and image in any publicity material related to the draw.
8. General Conditions:
   • ICMS reserves the right to cancel or amend the draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
   • Any changes to the draw will be notified to participants as soon as possible by ICMS.
   • ICMS is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this draw.
9. Privacy:
   • Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent.
10. Governing Law:
    • The draw and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
