Dr Chengeto Chaderopa is on the Senior Academic Team at the International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS) and currently occupies the role of Postgraduate Senior Lecturer.

Dr Chaderopa started his teaching career as a high school teacher in Zimbabwe. He later taught at various tertiary institutions of education such as the Bulawayo Tourism and Hospitality School, Chinhoyi University of Technology, and Midlands State University in Zimbabwe, and the University of Johannesburg in South Africa.His studies and previous roles have all centered around tourism and hospitality – passions which have played a large role in his life. He has lectured and tutored at several tertiary institutions in Zimbabwe, New Zealand, and South Africa before moving to Australia in 2018.

Dr. Chaderopa holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, an MSc in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Zimbabwe, and a PhD in Tourism from the University of Otago, New Zealand. He also holds an LCCI Diploma in Business Studies; IPMZ Diploma inPersonnel Management; Graduate Certificate in Education; Certificate in Professional Studies-Adult Teaching; and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Studies-Adult Teaching.

He has published several papers on tourism, national parks and community participation.
