James is a member of the Executive Management Group at the International College of Management, Sydney and currently occupies the role of Chief Information Officer.
James began his career working in labour market programs where he developed an interest in how technology can be used to support and enhance the delivery of education. His studies and previous roles have all focused on adult education and information technology.
He taught Information Technology at Canberra Institute of Technology and NSW TAFE. During his time at Macquarie University, James was responsible for the design, delivery and operations of learning technologies platforms. Before commencing at ICMS, James led the development and global implementation of learning technologies across 120 Navitas Colleges in 30 countries.
James holds a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education from the University of Technology, Sydney and Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of New South Wales. He is also a member of The Australian Computer Society.
