BA, Grad Diploma of Tourism Management and Diploma of Education, MEA’s Executive Certificate of Meetings Management and Executive Certificate in Events Management from Napier University, Edinburgh.

Juliet has more than 25 years’ experience in the event, hospitality and tourism sectors, in Australia and internationally. With a background in management roles with Accor and Dockside group, she currently runs EventED, a venue marketing and training consultancy and has worked with a diverse range of clients including World Youth Day, Bob Wood Travel Group, Hard Rock Café, the American Club Sydney and Outrigger on the Lagoon Fiji. At ICMS, Juliet brings with her more than 14 years of lecturing experience in the event, hospitality and tourism sectors. In addition to her role as Academic Program Coordinator, Juliet lectures in Event Operations and Logistics, Tourism Attractions and Resort Operations, Hospitality and Marketing.
