Alice Martin

Alice is an Academic Advisor on the Student Success Centre Team at the International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS), specializing in supporting students with English as a Second Language (ESL).

Alice began her career teaching General English and specialized programs like IELTS and PTE in Sydney’s CBD. Her passion for learning and ESL teaching led her to ICMS to further aid students’ academic journeys.

As a member of the Wellness Team for Students, she applies a holistic approach to learning and encourages a growth mindset.

She is also deeply involved in mental health advocacy, working towards a Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Advanced) at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS).

Alice holds a degree in Communication from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS). She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University.

Alice is a contributing author to Dear Psychosis.
