Student Services Specialist
As a highly experienced and knowledgeable Student Services Specialist, Liam Pham supports complex student matters, leads contributions to internal audits within Student Services, and assists in developing reports to support operational improvements
Liam completed a Master of International Business degree at ICMS, which included a six-month internship with ICMS through the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) program. He has a strong foundation in English linguistics and understands the unique challenges international students face while studying, working and living in a country with a different language and culture.
This is also complemented by Liam’s teaching experience in Vietnam.
Drawing on his years of diverse experience, Liam is committed to empathising with students. He provides them with ideal support to help them thrive during their time at ICMS.
