Stuart Wiggins is a member of the Executive Management Team at the International College of Management and currently occupies the role of Vice President of Student Engagement and Registrar.
Stuart studied Hotel Management at Bournemouth University including periods of training in five star hotels in both Switzerland and London, UK.
Stuart’s hotel career focused on mainly food and beverage and training management positions, including two hotel openings, the Sydney Marriott (now the Pullman on Hyde Park) and the acclaimed Merrion Hotel, Dublin.
While still in the industry Stuart also taught in hospitality colleges, beginning a transition to eventual full time involvement with education roles firstly in teaching and eventually in program management, academic leadership, college and campus operations management, quality and risk management, academic services management and leadership in student services and administration. Stuart roles have also given him exposure to public and private sector education in both vocational and higher education in the UK, Ireland and Australia.
Stuart holds an HND in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management from the Bournemouth University a Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Northampton and a Postgraduate Certificate in Research Methods from Macquarie University. Stuart is also completing a PhD focusing on his passion for graduate capabilities for hotel management.
