As the Front Office Manager with McGrath, you’ll deliver exceptional client service, manage office operations, and support agents with administrative tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic real estate environment and provides a great starting point for career progression in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be varied, covering client service, office management, and sales support.

  • Client Service & Office Management:
    • Provide professional client service via phone, email, and in person.
    • Maintain office presentation, manage supplies, and oversee office operations.
    • Handle client inquiries and ensure a positive first impression.
    • Coordinate office logistics like boardroom bookings, mail handling, and office repairs.
  • Agent Services & Sales Support:
    • Assist with property appraisals, listings, marketing, and compliance.

    • Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, listings, and event communications.
