  • Registrar Services and Data Officer

    ICMS is seeking a Registrar Services and Data Officer. The Registrar Services and Data Officer plays an essential role in providing high quality, consistent operational support to the Deputy Registrar (Student Systems and Data) in administering key business processes related to student administration systems, student data and internal / external reporting.

  • Quality Assurance Officer

    ICMS is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to provide secretariat support to various academic governance committees such as Learning & Teaching Committee, the Academic Board and the Board of Examiners.

    Additionally, the Quality Assurance Officer will also (amongst other things) prepare agendas, minutes, attend meetings; distribute meeting outcomes; and communicate and follow up action items as required from committees and boards.

  • Postgraduate Sessional Lecturing - Management, Law and Economics

    The Sessional Lecturer is responsible for providing a high -quality teaching and learning experience to students, achieved through ongoing development of scholarly activity in the allocated subject(s) and learning and teaching practice.

    ICMS is seeking a Postgraduate Sessional Lecturer – Management, Law and Economics with a focus on Economics and Management Subjects. You will be based in the Manly and Haymarket Campus Locations. You are required to have a PhD in a related field required

  • Undergraduate Sessional Lecturing – Fashion and Global Brand Management

    The Sessional Lecturer is responsible for providing a high -quality teaching and learning experience to students, achieved through ongoing development of scholarly activity in the allocated subject(s) and learning and teaching practice.

    The Sessional Lecturer contributes to the design, management and delivery of one or more of the subjects in the Bachelor of Business (Fashion and Global Brand Management) course.

  • Domestic Development Coordinator (Tourism & Hospitality)

    The Domestic Development Coordinator proactively contributes to increasing student enrolments whilst accurately administering and developing key stakeholder relationships.

    Working closely with the academic Program Manager and as part of the Domestic Development Team, you will addresses key stakeholder and potential student needs whilst facilitating their positive engagement experience from beginning to end.

ICMS offers diplomas, bachelor degrees and masters degrees in the areas of business, hospitality management, event management, international tourism, sport management and property services management. We are always keen to hear from academic staff keen to join our team of dedicated teachers and practitioners on a casual basis.
