ICMS is proud to offer an exclusive 25% bursary for staff from our Work Integrated Learning (WIL) partner organisations who choose to study with us.
This is our way of strengthening industry partnerships while providing valuable professional development opportunities.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the ICMS Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Partner Bursary program. By applying for and accepting the bursary, applicants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The WIL Partner Bursary is available exclusively to staff members of ICMS WIL partner organisations.
2.2 The WIL Partner bursary applies only to a student’s first degree undertaken at ICMS.
2.3 The WIL Partner bursary is available for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
2.4 The WIL Partner bursary does not apply to current ICMS students completing their WIL placement with a partner organisation.
2.5 Applicants must meet ICMS entry requirements for their chosen course.
2.6 The WIL Partner bursary is not available to students using any other scholarship, bursary or discount at ICMS.
2.7 The WIL Partner bursary will not apply retrospectively to any studies currently being undertaken by the applicant.
3. Bursary Benefits
3.1 The WIL Partner Bursary provides a 25% discount on tuition fees, calculated as one free subject for every four subjects undertaken.
3.2 The discount is applied progressively over the duration of the degree.
3.3 The bursary cannot be used in conjunction with any other ICMS bursary or scholarship.
4. Study Options
4.1 Eligible courses are available online, at the Northern Beaches Campus in Manly, and at the City Campus in Sydney’s central business district.
4.2 The bursary applies to both full-time and part-time study modes.
5. Application Process
5.1 Applicants must complete the designated WIL Partner Bursary application form.
5.2 Proof of employment with a WIL partner organisation may be required.
5.3 Applications must be submitted before the commencement of studies.
6. Limitations and Exclusions
6.1 The bursary is non-transferable and has no cash value.
6.2 The bursary does not cover additional fees, including but not limited to administrative fees, textbooks, or accommodation.
6.3 ICMS reserves the right to withdraw or amend the bursary at any time without prior notice.
6.4 The bursary does not guarantee admission into an ICMS course.
7. Compliance and Termination
7.1 ICMS reserves the right to revoke the bursary if a recipient fails to comply with ICMS academic and conduct standards.
7.2 If a student withdraws from their course, the bursary may be forfeited or adjusted accordingly.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the bursary program will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
