Australian Tech Skills Grant – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
    • This grant is available exclusively to domestic undergraduate students commencing their studies at ICMS in the February 2026 intake.
    • Applicants must apply for and be accepted into one of the following eligible degrees:
    • Bachelor of Information Technology
    • Bachelor of Information Technology (Big Data & Analytics)
    • Bachelor of Information Technology (Cyber Security)

2. Grant Value

    • Each grant is valued at $12,000, applied as a tuition fee reduction over the duration of the degree.

3. Availability

    • A maximum of 100 grants are available.
    • Grants will be assessed and awarded on a rolling basis until the cap is reached.

4. Application Process

    • Eligible students may apply through:
      • Direct Application, or
      • The ICMS Early Entry Pathway
    • Receipt of application does not guarantee the award of the grant.

5. Conditions of Award

    • Students must meet all standard ICMS entry requirements.
    • Recipients must maintain satisfactory academic progress to continue receiving the grant.
    • The grant is non-transferablenon-deferrable, and not redeemable for cash.
    • If a student withdraws or does not meet progression standards, the grant may be revoked and tuition fees recalculated.
6. Policy Compliance
    • ICMS reserves the right to withhold or revoke the grant at its sole discretion and in accordance with any relevant institutional policies, including academic entry criteria and course availability.
7. Important Notes
    • This grant cannot be combined with any other ICMS scholarships or tuition discounts unless approved in writing by the College.
    • Applications close once all 100 grants have been awarded.
