1. Eligibility
- This grant is available exclusively to domestic undergraduate students commencing their studies at ICMS in the February 2026, March 2026, May 2026, September 2026, February 2027, and March 2027 intakes.
- Applicants must apply for and be accepted into one of the following eligible degrees:
Bachelor of Information Technology
Bachelor of Information Technology (Big Data and Analytics)
Bachelor of Information Technology (Cyber Security).
2. Grant Value
For the February 2026 and March 2026 intakes:
- Each grant is valued at $12,000, applied as a tuition fee reduction over the duration of the degree.
For the May 2026, September 2026, February 2027, and March 2027 intakes:
- Each grant is valued at $6,000, applied as a tuition fee reduction over the duration of the degree.
3. Availability
- A maximum of 100 grants are available.
- Grants will be assessed and awarded on a rolling basis until the cap is reached.
4. Application Process
- Eligible students may apply through:
- Direct Application, or
- The ICMS Early Entry Pathway
- Receipt of application does not guarantee the award of the grant.
5. Conditions of Award
- Students must meet all standard ICMS entry requirements.
Recipients must maintain satisfactory academic progress to continue receiving the grant.
The grant is non-transferable, non-deferrable, and not redeemable for cash.
If a student withdraws or does not meet progression standards, the grant may be revoked and tuition fees recalculated.
