Federal Government’s Event Handbook Written by ICMS Expert Master of Events Lecturer

The new ICMS Master of Event Management is overseen by 2018 International Festivals and Events (IFEA) Hall of Fame recipient William (Bill) O’Toole who has written the handbook used as a “standard” within the Australian events industry, approved by the Federal Government.

O’Toole is an Events Development Specialist, author of four international event textbooks; and principal of Event Project Management System, Pty., Ltd. in Bondi Beach, NSW, Australia.
