ICMS Hosts Richemont Oceania for Luxury Fashion Masterclass

Prestigious Brands, Practical Insights. ICMS students recently experienced this firsthand during the Richemont Oceania Masterclass at the Northern Beaches Campus.  

Exploring a Career in Luxury Fashion With Richemont Oceania offered students the opportunity to learn from representatives of some of the world’s most renowned luxury brands, including Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Montblanc, and Chloe. 

Industry Leaders Share Career Advice

The panel featured key Richemont representatives, including Clara Neo (Cartier, Commercial Area Manager), Maya Taing (Van Cleef & Arpels, Training Manager), Sooji Hwang (Richemont HR Manager), Tom Bischoff (Talent Acquisition Manager), and former ICMS student Daria Olney 

They shared their career journeys and offered advice on succeeding in the competitive luxury fashion industry.  

Themes of curiosity, adaptability, and teamwork were central to the discussion, with speakers encouraging students to embrace opportunities and learn from every experience. 

Internships with Richemont Oceania

The event also highlighted Richemont’s internship program, which offers ICMS students hands-on experience across its 11 luxury maisons in Australia.  

From marketing and HR to client experience and operations, the program provides a unique opportunity to gain real-world skills and explore career paths in the luxury sector. 

Internship opportunities span a variety of roles, including marketing, communications, client experience, logistics, and talent acquisition.  

With placements available at renowned brands like Cartier, IWC Schaffhausen, Panerai, and Van Cleef & Arpels, students can immerse themselves in the world of luxury brand management while gaining valuable industry experience.
