Non-Tuition Fees
Students may incur incidental costs throughout their course, in addition to tuition fees. The non-tuition fees are listed below:

| Interim Academic Transcript | $15 | Available to all active students currently enrolled at the Institution. |
| Final Academic Transcript | $25 | Available to all former students who have completed their course at the Institution. |
| Student ID Card Replacement | $15 | Applicable to active students who have lost or misplaced their Student ID card and require a replacement. |
| Re-issue of Testamur | $100 | Applicable if the original document has been lost or damaged. |
| Change of Course Fee | $200 | Applicable post-admission – after the first census date for domestic students or after week 2 for international students – when a student wishes to transfer from their current course to a different one at the Institution. |
| Re-issue of Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) | $250 | Applicable if the student's CoE has been cancelled due to abandonment of study or non-payment of fees and is being readmitted to the same course. |
| Subject Outline | $5 per subject outline for the first 10, then $10 per subject outline for the 11th and any additional subject outlines | Subject outlines are held for a maximum of 10 years. |
| General Letter Requests | $20 per letter | Applicable to all letters issued by the Institution. |
| Repeat of a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Professional Placement subject | Full subject fee | Applicable if the student receives a F-grade (Fail), as confirmed by the Board of Examiners, and needs to repeat the subject. |
| Repeat of a High Academic Place (HAP) subject | Full subject fee | Applicable if the student receives a F-grade (Fail), as confirmed by the Board of Examiners, and needs to repeat the subject. |
| Late Payment of Tuition Fees | $250 | If full payment is not received by the due date, a late fee may be charged. |
| Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Course | $120 (price may vary depending on the provider) | Tourism, Hospitality and Event programs. RSA Course is provided externally. |
| Additional Subject Specific Fees | Up to $200 per subject | The course may require payment of additional subject-specific fees for materials or activities such as excursions. |
