Professor Alana Maurushat

Professor Alana Maurushat is a Professor in Cyber Security and Behaviour, with a background in law, risk, compliance, business, behaviour, intelligence, political science, information communications technology and human rights.

She has researched and taught in numerous faculties, including Law, Computer Science, Psychology, Social Sciences, Political Sciences and Business/Commerce.

Professor Maurushat understands cybersecuity and cybercrime from many angles and is adept at multi-disciplinary work, and methodologies.  She sits on many advisory boards, and research councils.

Professor Maurushat’s mission is to serve and protect her communities locally, nationally and internationally – especially those most vulnerable to cybersecurity and cybercrime.
