Allison Ford is the Course Coordinator (Marketing and Fashion and Global Brand Management) at ICMS. She brings over 20 years of industry experience in fashion styling, marketing activations and brand strategy to our courses and students.

Her experience includes managing end-to-end campaigns for brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Boardriders, combining in-store experiences that are amplified through creative content development with rigorous analysis of measurable outcomes to drive commercial success.

Allison’s most recent role was Marketing Executive at Westfield, where she led integrated campaigns that delivered record engagement and follower growth across the owned channels. This involved award-winning activations and first-to-market concepts that targeted key audiences, while still maintaining national campaign expectations and evaluating performance to inform future strategy.

Allison has been an Associate Lecturer (Fashion and Global Brand Management) at ICMS since early 2025.
