Caroline Ajaka

Caroline Ajaka brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as a new member of the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) team at ICMS.

Before joining ICMS, she played a pivotal role at Corrective Services NSW, where she was part of a team working on the largest commercial contract for privately operated prisons in New South Wales within the Contracts and Commissioning Doctorate.

With a background rooted in the Community Services sector, Caroline has dedicated herself to supporting individuals with disabilities, particularly those displaying complex behaviours.

Her commitment to this field extends beyond her professional endeavours; she has owned and operated several companies in both the disability and recruitment industries, furthering her impact and advocacy within these communities.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Caroline is a passionate advocate for sports, particularly basketball and swimming.

She not only enjoys these activities herself but also devotes her time to coaching within her local council, fostering skill development and community engagement through sports.

Caroline’s multifaceted background and dedication to both professional and personal endeavours makes her a valuable addition to the ICMS team.
