Dora Kelaiditis is the Administration Coordinator (Scholarship and Academic) at the International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS), as well as the Scholarship Cluster Lead for the Industry, Sustainability and Transformative Information Scholarship Cluster.
She is also a Lecturer and High-Performance Subject Lead with International Sport College Australia (ISCA).
An accredited Exercise Scientist and Level 1 Sport Scientist (ESSA), Dora brings extensive experience across high‑performance environments, applied sport science, athlete monitoring, and performance analysis. She has worked with organisations spanning Football NSW, the NSW Institute of Sport, Wests Tigers Rugby Football Club, and the Office of Sport.
Her professional qualifications include exercise science, strength and conditioning, performance analysis, and concussion management, supported by formal study at the Australian Catholic University (ACU). Dora’s research interests focus on student‑athlete wellbeing and management, broader student wellbeing, athlete performance monitoring, applied sport science, and recovery practices. Combining academic insight with real‑world sport science expertise, she is committed to enhancing evidence‑based practice and supporting athlete and student success.
