Senior Manager (Hospitality Operations)
With a background in hospitality and a Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management from the Blue Mountains International Management School, Kurt brings a wealth of industry knowledge to his role.
After working in hotels across Australia, Kurt transitioned into higher education, where he has excelled as a lecturer, success coach, senior event coordinator and student experience manager.
As the ICMS Senior Manager (Hospitality Operations), Kurt focuses on ensuring that students, staff and guests have the best experience in the hospitality venues and event spaces across all ICMS campuses.
This includes working with other teams within ICMS at all parts of the student journey, from orientation to graduation, as well as external events that take place on campus. Kurt makes it his mission to ensure that all event experiences at ICMS not only meet, but exceed expectations.
In addition to his experience in hospitality and higher education, Kurt holds a master’s degree in Adult Learning from Walden University (USA), further enhancing his expertise in creating meaningful educational experiences.
