Martyna Sommer

Martyna Sommer works in Student Services at the International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS). In her role, she oversees the Student Centres across both ICMS campuses, ensuring students receive consistent, high‑quality support throughout their studies.

Martyna has been part of the Student Services team since 2023, and during this time she has developed the knowledge, experience, and operational insight required for this leadership position. She also oversees Study Abroad and articulation students, coordinating with partner institutions, supporting enrolments, and facilitating connections with ICMS academics and the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) team.

Before joining ICMS, Martyna gained professional experience across both business management and technical roles. This background strengthened her customer service capabilities, communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to manage complex information—attributes that now support her work in enhancing Student Services processes and leading the Student Centres effectively.

Martyna’s diverse professional experience, combined with her strong understanding of ICMS operations, enables her to contribute to a supportive, engaging, and enriching experience for students across both campuses.
