Before moving into education, Noemi worked as a project coordinator for a digital delivery agency and spent four years abroad with a multinational company, applying her Diploma in Project Management. Her extensive travel has shaped a global outlook and a talent for connecting with people from all walks of life. Fluent in Spanish and Polish, she values clear communication, cultural awareness, and building positive experiences across the ICMS community.
