Sanja Taslaman

Sanja Taslaman is the Deputy Registrar at ICMS, bringing extensive expertise in academic governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across large and complex educational environments.

With senior leadership experience spanning both vocational and higher education, Sanja specialises in developing robust governance frameworks that strengthen institutional integrity, enhance the student experience, and support consistently high-quality academic outcomes. She has been instrumental in developing self-assurance models, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement systems that form the foundation of excellence across the institution.

A collaborative and strategic leader, Sanja is committed to transparency, data-informed decision-making, and operational consistency throughout the student lifecycle. Her work focuses on aligning academic policies and processes with regulatory expectations, supporting staff capability development, and driving organisational uplift at scale.

Outside of her professional role, Sanja is an active volunteer with Surf Life Saving Australia, contributing her time to community safety and coastal wellbeing.
