His responsibilities cover: managing and motivating an on-shore and off-shore marketing team to develop and execute the strategic marketing plan, build brand awareness in the market, develop growth strategies across all acquisition channels to deliver ROI on marketing spend, deliver cross-channel personalised experiences through the recruitment pipeline and manage the sponsorship and partner marketing portfolio.
