Srija Reddy Peram

Srija is the Registrar Services and Data Coordinator, supporting key student administration, student systems, and data processes across the student lifecycle.

With previous experience as a Student Services Specialist, she supported students throughout their academic journey by delivering high-quality assistance across enrolment, onboarding, academic administration and student support services. Her experience in student support, administrative coordination and customer service has provided her with a strong understanding of the student experience and the importance of accurate, timely and well-coordinated administrative processes.

Her professional background includes managing student enquiries, coordinating onboarding and orientation activities, maintaining accurate student records, and supporting cross-functional administrative operations in fast-paced environments. Through these experiences, she has developed an increasing interest in the systems, data and processes that underpin student administration, as well as how information and academic processes come together across the student lifecycle.

In her current role, Srija brings together her student-facing experience and growing knowledge of student systems and data to support effective and accurate administrative processes. Combining strong organisational skills with a student-centred approach, she is committed to working collaboratively across teams to support positive outcomes for students and staff.
