Hannah Creelman

Hannah is a higher education leader with more than 20 years of experience in learning design, curriculum development, educational technology, and teaching excellence. As Senior Manager (Learning, Teaching and Innovation) at ICMS, she leads the strategic development and continuous improvement of face-to-face, online, and multi-modal learning, driving educational innovation, academic capability building, curriculum enhancement, and institution-wide learning and teaching initiatives.

Hannah works collaboratively with academic leaders, faculty, and professional staff to design innovative, evidence-informed learning experiences that improve student outcomes and employability. She has extensive expertise in project management, learning design, digital transformation, AI in education and professional development, with a strong focus on building organisational capability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
