Brooke Cramond-Darvall is the Program Manager (Events) at the International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS), where she works within the Academic Operations team to support program quality, student success, and the growth of the Events portfolio.
Brooke brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience across hospitality, events, catering, and business operations in both Australia and the United Kingdom.
She has operated hospitality businesses in Sydney and worked with major organisations in event and venue management on both sides of the world.
Alongside her industry career, Brooke has held senior academic and operational leadership roles in higher education, leading major projects such as TEQSA re-registration, course accreditation, and governance initiatives.
She holds a Bachelor of Training and Development from the University of New England and an MBA from Griffith University, and she is currently undertaking higher degree research at Griffith, focusing on curriculum design and work readiness in the hospitality industry.
Brooke is passionate about connecting students with real industry experience and helping them build the skills and confidence they need to thrive in their careers.
