We are looking for event management students to volunteer and assist with the 2025 TLA Landscape Expo. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event logistics, registration, and attendee management in a fast-paced environment.
Shifts
7:30 AM – 10:30 AM
10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your shift.
Key Responsibilities
Assist at the registration desk by guiding attendees through self-service badge printing kiosks. Distribute showbags to attendees upon arrival. Help manage attendee check-ins, event flow, and support front-of-house logistics.

Key Duties
Assist the Executive Chef in menu design and execution for all meals and events. Support the kitchen team through training, development, and leadership. Ensure efficient catering operations within budget. Maintain high food quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Contribute ideas to enhance the overall dining experience.
Essential Skills
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen (fine dining preferred). Degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time management skills. Passion for cooking with a solid understanding of culinary techniques and trends. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
