About the Trustee for the ICTHM Trust

The Trustee for the ICTHM Trust has been responsible for running the International College of Management for over 20 years. It is unique as a higher education provider at every level of the organisation – its culture, size, location, ownership and organisational structure, management and business model.

International College of Manly, Sydney (ICMS) and its associated ICMS provider brands (International Sport College Australia, Aspire Institute and Aspire English) are located in Manly and Sydney CBD.

About This Role

The Domestic and International Development Department at ICMS seeks to recruit an Associate Vice President of International Operations to oversee development and implementation of existing and future business opportunities for both ICMS and Aspire Institute.

In this role, you will be:

  • Managing agents located in Hong Kong and Taiwan
  • Managing all agent and institutional contracts
  • Ensuring all agency process is in line with institutional compliance requirements
  • Onboarding all new offshore contractors
  • Acting as the CRM champion for international
  • Maintaining a close working relationship with external Representatives and institutions
  • Working collaboratively with Marketing and Admissions Departments at ICMS

About You

As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • Proven business development skills
  • An understanding the unique dynamics of the private Non-Self Accrediting Higher Education industry
  • At least 5 years’ relevant work experience (within the Education Industry would be beneficial)
  • Excellent personal computer and IT skills, including the use of standard MS software packages (SharePoint, Office 365) and Salesforce
