Understanding and developing a strong, positive corporate culture is essential in addressing complex business challenges, maximising organisational performance, and enhancing the value of an organisation.
In this subject, culture is explored as a core element of business, management, and leadership. The subject will equip students with a deep understanding of how culture is formed, the ways in which it can be measured and an appreciation for when culture change might be required.
By carrying out a leadership, values, goals and interest self-analysis, students explore the impact of leadership on organisational culture and performance, anticipating ways in which their leadership approach might impact the culture of organisations they are involved in.
